    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Cerinte

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Administration or Business
    • 1 – 3 years of proven experience in analytical / finance, HR administration or IT related fields
    • Fluent in English, German or French skills are considered an advantage
    • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
    • SAP knowledge would be a plus

    Responsabilitati

    • Offer solutions/improvements on the regional and global processes
    • Work closely with other teams in order to provide feedback and align the data
    • Work in a multinational team to harmonize and create effective HR processes
    • Provide reports on HR data to various departments: extract data, organize the output in an analytical, meticulous and logical way
    • Maintain a true interest in developing a profound knowledge of the tools and processes to be able to improve/automate, understand the role of data fields and modules interconnectedness
