Who you are:

• You have a Bachelor degree
• You have At least 2 years of experience
• You have knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level
• You have experience in working with order management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

You would be a perfect match to our team if:

• You will offer support to the Project Manager in pre-order phase (forecast updates, clarification of technical content etc.)
• You will receive and process sample orders from the customer
• You will confirm the technical definition with the Project Manager
• You will ensure that the customer requirement of each order is transmitted to the Plant
• You will inform the customer about the planned delivery dates
• You will distribute the sample delivery plan to customer and internally after each meeting with the Project Manager
• You will ensure and follow customer communication
• You will ensure and follow internal communication with Plant
