  Responsibilities:
As an intern for this start up you will have to:

• Manage the entire applicant experience from utilizing online sourcing platforms to screening candidates and organizing interviews.
• Plan and coordinate the talent pool strategy (university relations, etc.).
• Participate in the employer branding initiatives (organizing sourcing events (meetups, hackathons, etc.), generating content with an employer branding focus, etc.).

• Available for period of realization: 1 Nov. 2021 - 30 Apr. 2022
• Under 30 years old
• Background: Human Resources/ Computer sciences
• Minimum level of studies: Bachelor (required)
• English language, with level B1-B2
• German language, with level B1-B2
