Master's Degree in Management, Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Banking Industry and Project Management
• PMP or Prince 2 and/ or Agile certification as a plus
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Good understanding of banking processes, especially credit origination ones
• Good leadership and communication skills
• High risk awareness and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to manage project in terms of people coordination, planning and budget

• Be reference point towards external and internal customers (plus stakeholders and vendors involved) for the projects managed
• Prepare and organize periodic alignment meetings with the customers (Status Update) or other stakeholders
• Ensure the delivery of projects on time, budget and compliance with expected quality and performance standards (Internal processes and Waterfall and/or Agile Framework)
• Manage budget, since demand (estimation) to project completion (payments of the involved resources)
• Coordinate the project phases from functional analysis (and/or backlog definition) until post go live monitoring
• Monitor and evaluate project performance and results (including best practices sharing)
• Anticipate and manage escalations
• Participate actively in updating and upskilling of Project Managers and Scrum Masters professionals
