    The IT Marketing Technologists are key people to drive digital transformation working hand-in-hand with business partners. They present strong IT knowledge and business mentality. They work across analytics & insights, data strategy & activation, platform integration & activation, business & technology innovation, and leadership. Engage seamlessly across marketing and media organizations typically from ABM to Brand Director level. Lead more generation of new business models and codification of processes and capabilities. Act as a SPOC between Marketing and IT and builds capability in the organization.


    • Systems Integration & Architecture: proven technical understanding of the ecosystem involved in driving eBusiness growth and the system integrations required to drive Omni-channel business value, including Architecture, DevOps techniques, integration strategies, code review and associated business processes, and data manipulation and syndication for internal and external solutions. Ensure Fit-for-use of local, regional and global solutions.
    • Data Strategy and Activation: drive and activate consumer-centric data strategies, enrichment and activation.
    • Analytics: deliver real-time insights that improve our important metrics, advise on new business models and optimize e-Business operations. Partner with Data Science to operationalize algorithms based on Big Data modelling.
    • Automation: use technology for automated data fetching, processing, aggregation & syndication (API, JSON).
    • Stewardship for GDPR, info-security and Privacy.
    • Business transformation: Solid understanding of business strategies, goals and processes, and how technology can positively impact and transform them.
    • Lead agile IT innovation, bringing technological disruptions into the P&G ecosystem for better e-Business results.

    • Understanding of IT Architecture principles and components required for Omni-channel consumer engagement: CRM, Personalization, Web Presence, mobile, hosting, CI/CD, consumer databases, Programmatic media, Big Data, eCommerce both via eRetailers integrations and DTCS SaaS solutions (BigCommerce preferred).
    • Basic hands-on programming / configuration skills, including JavaScriptSQLPython,XMLBigQuery,micro-servicesPostman, etc.
    • Analytical skills. Management of Google Analytics suite,Google Developer tools, and Data Visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
    • Understanding of Cloud Big Data environments (Google preferred) and Management tools (Jupyter preferred).
    • English proficiency & at least a Bachelor's degree.
    • Strong multi-functional collaboration and communication skills.
    • Understanding of digital data flows, including tag management, micro-services,APIs and RESTservices.
    • Able to access and manipulate data (Knime,RStudio& Data Visualization tools (e.g.Spotfire,Tableau,Power BI).
    • Knowledge of GDPR, Stewardship, Privacy and Info security.
    • Applied knowledge ofAI / ML.
