    To be successful in this role and to enjoy your morning coffee with great colleagues, you will need:
    • Bachelor`s degree, post-graduate is nice to have;
    • 3+ years of hands-on paid search and paid social media campaigns;
    • Very good digital background with strong experience in ad operations, campaign optimization and reporting;
    • Proficient in Google ads (Search and Display), programmatic, SEO, SEM, remarketing, FB ads, Youtube, Linkedin, email campaigns;
    • General understanding of customer journeys and UX fundamentals;
    • Experience in writing engaging ads aligned with keywords;
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google analytics) to track and report on performance;
    • Proven experience in reporting and understanding relevant KPIs;
    • Strong project and time management skills;
    • B2B experience;
    • Great team member with excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, energetic, "can-do" attitude;
    • Digital marketing qualifications are considered an asset;
    • Proficient in English, speaking and writing.


    Join us as and you will:
    • Be part of the digital marketing team, with the role that is a combination of strategy, creative and project management;
    • Drive online paid media strategy aligned with the company’s business and marketing goals;
    • Coordinate external agencies to ensure that paid campaigns are continually optimized and keyword management executed;
    • Assist with content strategy, generate inbound traffic and cultivate leads and sale;
    • Define audience strategy for performance marketing and devise engaging digital campaigns;
    • Manage SEO to increase web organic search visibility;
    • Manage the company’s website & ensure everything is up to date and easy to follow by our customers;
    • Conduct A/B testing;
    • Ensure consistent tracking, analysis, and reporting of all digital KPIs;
    • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points;
    • Identify trends and insights and provide recommendations for optimizing performance and spend.
