Roxana Serban is a Talent Coach, being responsible for talent development with ADP Romania through coaching, mentoring, facilitation and training. She has more than 20 years of professional experience, out of which 15 years in management & leadership roles in different domains (hospitality, banking, contact center, BPO- telecom & HR). In the last 10 years she has impacted over 1000 people- through her key leadership roles and 4500 hours of coaching, mentoring and training- growing leaders of leaders, generating careers shifts, improving performance, teams and relationships.
