    Requirements

    Bachelor’s Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent;
    At least 5 years practical experience in Telecommunications industry;
    Expertise in one or more of the following areas: network roll out, NOC, Field maintenance, eTom, ITIL, OSS, IT, network performance management, project management, transition management, transformation management;
    Consolidated Managed Services experiences in the field, produce training materials and case studies to share with the whole MS organization and conduct knowledge transfer sessions;
    Familiar with O&M management of Telecom Operators or Managed Services operations of telecom vendors; Familiar with wireless network O
    Key project management experience or possess PMP certificate;
    English level advanced.

    Responsibilities

    Responding to all Service orders;
    Finalizing market analysis and customer insight, at the beginning of each year;
    Managing the Service opportunities for Huawei accounts;
    Driving the project from lead to contract signing
    Responding for RFX released by Operators: finalize SOC answer related with Service solution;
    Participating in senior customers’ meetings/ presentations, Due Diligence exercise, contract negotiation and risks review.
