Bachelor’s Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent;
English level advanced;
Business-to-business or Telecom Operator sales background;
Over 5 years sales experience in server, storage, cloud computing and data center consolidation domain;
Previous sales management experience in a large IT company is a plus;
A track record/ history of consistent successful achievements in corporate sales and profit goals
Account management know-how and client management skills;
Experience in creating business with distributors/ partners;
Capability to learn the technical nature of our products, standards, regulations, etc;
Advanced interpersonal skills including negotiating, writing, speaking and presentation skills.
Developing and implementing regional sales strategies;
Executing corporate sales strategies;
Achieving sales KPI;
Being involved in the bidding process by elaborating the technical solution and documentation;
Establishing and managing the cooperation relationship between Huawei and its clients;
Offering support to the customer in choosing, customizing and using the most suitable solutions;
Participating in key trade shows and industry events to promote the company and its products
Attending corporate meetings with Regional and National Accounts.
