- Located or available for relocation in Timisoara;
- Inspiring communication and good language skills including fluent written and spoken English;
- At least a bachelors degree, e.g. in business/economics, psychology, or any human resources-related specialization;
- At least 5 years of professional working experience in HR organizations, preferably HR Service, 1-2 years in a leadership position;
- Deep experience in HR processes (e.g. workforce administration, talent acquisition etc.);
- Ability to maintain confidential data and to lead a team efficiently and autonomously;
- Great analytical skillset;
- Curiosity for the continuous improvement of the recruitment and selection knowledge specific to the field of activity;
- Very good relationship with various stakeholders;
- Ability to give and receive feedback.
- Flexible benefits - On top of your salary, we offer you 2700 Ron / year, via your benefits account, which can be used according to your preferences;

- Oversees the company's recruitment process in its entirety. Designs and modifies recruiting procedures, recruiting metrics, coordinates the recruiting team and monitors the recruiting team's performance.
- Leads the staffing team professionally and disciplinarily;
- Prioritizes tasks on the basis of regularly collected key figures;
- Prepares and participates in meetings with internal managers and potential clients of the company for topics related to the recruitment department;
- Responsible for workforce planning and management within the team;
- Coordinates with department managers to forecast future hiring needs;
- Develops / implements new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting, new & creative methods);
- Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implements appropriate best practices in the organization;
- Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics;
- Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies;
- Compiles & analyses data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary, keeps track of recruiting metrics;
- Responsible for the provision and continuous further development of HR services in area of responsibility;
- Support further development of associates and ensure a high level of professionalization as well as their demand-oriented employability;
- Assumes responsibility for internal team projects as well as for cross-functional projects;
- Concerns continuously for improving interdepartmental processes and human resources as well as keeping abreast of developments in the field of recruitment and selection of candidates and the labor market;
- Monitors cost and time spend on output creation closely with focus on quality.
