Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.
Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)
• Solid knowledge of design and editing programs in Adobe suite; In-Design/Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro
• Experience with web analytic tools such as Google Ads and Google Campaign Manager
• Well versed in social media management
• Familiarity with web design and content management systems
• Experience with visual communication principles
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Professional client communication, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities
• Must be a team player
• Advanced English, written and verbal
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
✓ Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
✓ Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with the managing director about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
✓ Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
✓ Create and develop digital marketing campaigns; innovative, entertaining and original content to accompany engaging copy across multiple platforms
✓ Coordinate the launching cycle regarding new product development (i.e. from the identification of new opportunities regarding product development to the packaging and route to market strategy to be followed)
✓ Simplify and shape both visuals and messages into an easily understandable format. Text content and visuals support each other properly, and provide a more consistent look and feel, to strongly support the brand. In addition, making sure the final documents are easy to share with your audience in multiple channels. (Marketing touch for the Technical Writing department)
✓ Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
✓ Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
✓ Reporting and analytics on all digital campaigns; follow-up on analytics to help increase sales leads.
✓ Responsibility for drafting and submitting various relevant reports on a regular basis, according to direct manager and/or management requests
✓ Manages and follows the marketing budget and is responsible for monthly tracking and adjustments and annual budgeting
✓ Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
