• Minimum of 1-2 years’ finance and accounting experience in a multinational context;
• Fluent in English;
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, tax legislation and operational processes;
• Relevant experience working with MS Office;
• Attention to details and analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Invoice customers through the internal platform;
• Ensure that the organization receives timely collections for services and the records are accurately reported;
• Manage collection activities such as sending follow-up inquiries, negotiating with past due accounts;
• Analyze aging reports to identify trends and patterns causing missed collections;
• Research, track and resolve customer chargebacks as needed;
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed;
• Assist with weekly/monthly reports and other accounting projects.
