Area Sales Manager South Area - multinational company

For our Client, a multinational construction materials producer, we are looking for an Area Sales Manager for the South part of Romania.

Ideal candidate's skills and requirements:

• Good sales and communication skills
• Sales experience, preferably in selling construction, industrial materials.
• Team player, but able to work independently in a designated geographical area.
• English - medium level (speak and written).
• Analytical person
• Willing to perform and to understand company priorities in order to develop sales strategy.
• Driving license

• Take over existing clients portfolio to maintain and develop
• Identify new clients in his region
• Reshape sales strategy based on results and company targets.
• Promote the company products (sales and technical).
• Maintain and develop good relation with third parties in his region (architects, designers, construction companies).
• Keep a track of ongoing projects
• Train the dealers sales teams (products, benefits, etc.) with support from the Technical consultant.
• Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns with Marketing Manager.
• Analyze regularly completion actions, results, market.
• Provide weekly reports, monitoring the market and proposing action plan.
• Manage professionally difficult situation that may occur.
