    For our Client, a multinational construction materials producer, we are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer.

    Ideal candidate's skills and requirements:
    Bachelor’s degree
    Previous experience in an office or call center
    Excellent communication skills
    Ability to handle pressure
    Good management skills, and the ability to pay attention to details
    Good organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
    Microsoft Office proficiency
    Ability to work under little or no supervision
    Possess administrative skills, and the ability to work as part of a team
    Ability to multitask and be flexible


    • Responsible to enhance the order desk activity with demand forecasting and supply planning
    • Responsible for Customer Relationship Management
    • Order processing and follow up in SAP (SD, MM modules)
    • Invoice processing
    • Coordinate orders and logistic processes with the plants
    • Maintain relationship with financial controllers and customer service referents from the partner countries
    • Develop sales reports, statistics, financial reports
    • Develop weekly credit limit report
    • Issue reminders for overdue clients
    • Customer clearing (payments and invoice reconciliation)
    • Complaints handling
