    To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
    - Prior experience in Customer Support environment would be preferred
    - Advanced skills of French and Italian language
    - Medium-advanced skills in English
    - Good IT skills (troubleshooting, networking, firewalls) would be preferred
    - Experience in using multiple operating systems (Windows, Mac, Server)
    - Knowledge or experience in networking (Servers)
    - Excellent communication skills and empathy
    - Ability to work both in a team and individually
    - Focused and problem solving oriented attitude
    - Enthusiasm and passion
    - Ability to learn new skills and adapt;


    Receive by e-mail/call/chat queries from customers and identifying the best solution for each case
    - Respond to all customers’ queries in a professional manner;
    - Using troubleshooting IT skills to help the client
    - Escalate queries, when necessary, to 2nd level of support
    - Maintain contact with other departments in order to fix the clients’ requests
    - Develop and maintain the technical knowledge in order to continuously improve activity
    - Be proactive and suggest improvements
    - Wednesday-Sunday 09:00-18:00
