    We’re looking for client-oriented candidates who are native or near-native ENGLISH speakers (C1 or C2 level) to join our Elite Customer Support team for our newest project!

    This job is for you if you have:

    Experience in customer support or BPO environment
    Experience in front office communication channels (calls, e-mails and chats)
    Advanced level of English, both spoken and written
    Positive attitude & excited to discover new CX approaches;
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    Excellent customer focus (both verbal and written).
    Great team spirit but thе ability to also be independent, like every superhero should.
    Problem solving oriented, desire to investigative and multi-tasking skills with highest attention to detail.
    Ability to work under pressure
    Ability to work in fast-paced environments
    Be flexible and adaptable to new situations


    Responsibilities

    Solving client's requests via e-mail/chat/social media in a very friendly way
    Providing solutions regarding after-sales, order and delivery issues
    Ensuring all communication is handled professionally and promptly but with a human touch
    Demonstrating strong product knowledge to ensure all customers queries are answered making them promoters of the brand
    Building a special connection with customers and providing exceptional service
    The work schedule is Monday-Sunday 08:00-17:00 ; 15:00-00:00

    PLEASE NOTE : The first 5 weeks of activity are at the office and afterwards, work from home with the availability to return at the office in the future
