    Cerinte

    - German language – minimum B2 level;
    - English language – minimum B1 level;
    - Graduate of high school or higher education;
    - Knows how to use the Microsoft Office package;
    - Calm, sociable person with good communication skills;
    - Available for shift work (day, day + night and / or weekend, depending on the activity);
    - With a customer-oriented mentality, quality necessary to offer quality services;
    - Experience in a similar function;
    - Multitasking person with a desire to learn, sociable, jovial, funny, responsible, result-oriented and who wants a career in this field.

    Responsabilitati

    - Manage support assistance activities through inbound / outbound calls, online ticketing, e-mails for services that fall within the area of activity and in accordance with the Business Continuity activities. Services offered are information and / or support for various banking products (POS, Online Banking applications,debit / credit cards);
    - Manages the operational activities established based on the objectives and priorities / deadlines assigned by its manager, using computer applications and specialized software, in accordance with the manuals, criteria,predefined practices and procedures;
    - Acquires the knowledge and technical and operational skills necessary to carry out the activity;
    - Search for the information requested by the client using the available tools;
    - Document all call information in accordance with standard operating procedures;
    - Identify priorities for call waiting;
    - Identify, report and manage incidents related to the service performed.
