    We're lookinf for:

    BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field
    Experience in end-to-end recruitment/ Proficient sourcing
    Excellent social and communication (speaking and in writing) skills
    Excellent PC skills: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
    Capacity to meet specific deadlines and prioritize
    Good planning and organizing skills
    Proactive and able to work under pressure
    Displays positive attitude
    Ensures confidentiality and integrity in accordance with company policy

    Responsabilitati

    What you'll do:

    Working closely with the Global HR team;
    Handling end-to-end recruitment: this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates; / Sourcing candidates as requested by Senior HR team members
    Soft personnel admin;
    Implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;
    Administering and maintaining employee records;
    Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization
