System Engineer ADAS

The company comprises 2 divisions specialized on its core capabilities: ENGINEERING and IT. These two divisions are: ALTEN TECHNO and ALTEN IT.

To ensure success in this role, you need the following experience and skills:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position;
• University Degree of Electrical Engineering, Electronics, System Engineering or another technical field;
• Hands-on experience of IBM Rational DOORS, Rhapsody (System Architecture);
• Good knowledge of ADAS technologies;
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook (Email) / Skype for chat and online meetings.

A typical day might include the following:

• Collecting and coordinating stakeholder requirements;
• Analyzing, and clarifying system requirements for SW functionalities, HW, and mechanics for different disciplines for the ICR100 radar;
• Ensuring description of the use cases from collected requirements;
• Designing and documenting the system architecture using models (SysML);
• Defining the interfaces between identified system components;
• Deriving design requirements for the disciplines of hardware (electronics), mechanics, and software;
• Reviewing the (design) requirements with the necessary disciplines;
• Responsible for consolidation, monitoring, and reporting as well as escalation to the IPT (SLE) member;
• Coaching project members in requirements management / in the requirements method;
• Performing configuration management for requirements management documents;
• Generating the requirements management plan as part of the project plan.
