    Requirements

    • Social media platforms knowledge;
    • Proven experience within social media;
    • Internet passionate;
    • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English;
    • BA degree in Business, English, Journalism, Media or a similar subject (or relevant experience);
    • Experience in building social media communities and general marketing experience;
    • Good written skills and an eye for detail;
    • Strong team player;
    • Strong communication and inter-personal skills;
    • Advertising, Copywriting, Content Creation, Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience – A plus;
    • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
    HTML, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator knowledge - A plus;
    • A degree or equivalent marketing qualification;
    • Ability to work flexible working patterns to meet the needs of the business;
    • Ability to continually improve and enhance the company’s social media output;
    • The ability to build and develop strong business relationships;
    • The ability to work as part of a talented team or on own initiative;
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, pressured environment;
    • A creative and energetic personality;
    • Strong presentation and negotiating skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversees all company social media accounts;
    • Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages;
    • Contacts affiliate networks, active on forums and communicating with players;
    • Assists with the planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagement to the website;
    • Finds Twitch / YouTube streamers and video content;
    • Creates Campaigns, co-branded merchandises;
    • Creates content for our websites to attract new clients and to establish us as experts in social media marketing for products;
    • Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments;
    • Assist in developing social media strategies based on continually evolving metrics and client feedback;
    • Strives to increase the popularity of our games around the world, conquer new markets, and attract new ways to promote the brand;
    • Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement;
    • Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages;
    • Assists with general day to day administration tasks;
    • Assists with social media performance reports;
    • Keep up to date with any social media trends;
    • Track social media influencers;
    • Contribute to and influence the direction of social media strategy;
    • Assists in designing and executing marketing campaigns;
    • Analyze and report on the search performance;
    • Provide an SEO prospective on content creation and social media;
    • Analysis of competitor campaigns;
    • Regular KPI reporting;
    • Work closely with the Manager, online marketing and affiliate marketing teams to help co-ordinate all integrated online output.
