In order to join us you should bring your 1-3 years of experience in production line or Automotive Parts Industrial. You must have a technical University degree. You need to be fluent in English or/and German. You are self-confident and responsible and have very good communication skills.

As an Manufacturing Engineer you will plan manufacturing processes by providing technical support in the development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods and equipment.

You will ensure adherence to customer technical requirements.
You will draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency.
You will also support continuous improvement activities. You will identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
You will review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
You will analyze and plan workforce utilization, space requirements, workflow and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
You will elaborate work instruction for each station, process or machine.
You will apply statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.
You will provide technical support to the organization in areas such as corrective action, defect avoidance, problem solving.
