-Good knowledge of English;
-3 years experience in office furniture business;
-3 years experience in sales;
-Good communication skills;
-Result focused and seeking for it;
-Willingness to travel.
-Developing the dealers net, keeping relationships with the existing and new partners;
-Presenting company and its products to dealers and potential customers;
-Strategic planning to improve market sales results;
-Performing as a representative in running projects to support and help a dealer to get a deal;
-Seeking sales targets in Romanian, Bulgarian and Serbian markets;
-Negotiating the conditions for the supply of products to customers, including the policy on prices and discounts, agreements on payment and delivery terms;
-Organizing visits of dealers/customers to the factory and the company's headquarters.
