IT Recruiter

VON Consulting is an HR Consultancy company, providing solutions and services in the following areas: recruitment and executive search, personnel leasing, payroll, administration and training.

Due to our customer base expansion we are looking to attract new colleagues for our technical recruitment team.
We would be happy to welcome an HR enthusiast with fluent English
and a technical mind. Curiosity and perseverance should be a given. This is not a field for those faint of heart...we need brave people who think the sky is the limit :).

Experience with IT recruitment in the last year would be a big plus.

Your role will consist in:
- communicating with the customer in order to clarify his requirements and understand the profile of candidates needed
- screening of CVs and cold calling candidates considered suitable for the position
- organizing and conducting interviews, including technical testing (tests provided by the company or client)
- drafting of interview reports after the interviews
- making sure the full process is covered and no party is missing communication
- assist colleagues and help eachother projects to completion.
