We are looking for an University/ Master graduate with previous consulting or relevant industry experience to join our Consulting – Strategy & Operations Team. As a Consultant in our team you will continuously build your portfolio of skills and capabilities by providing operational and technical solutions to our clients, in a dynamic and high paced international environment.
University/ Master degree in STEM or Economics
1-3 years previous consulting or relevant industry experience (e.g. technology, energy, manufacturing, transportation) in areas like automation, digitalization, strategy, process/ continuous improvement for core and/ or support activities, agile way of working implementation, customer experience/ design thinking etc.
Basic programming (e.g. SQL, SAS programming skills, etc.) or desire to learn
Advanced capabilities in using analytical tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI)
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Self-starter, fast-learner with a strong commitment to personal learning and development
Effective communication and relationship-building skills
Fluent in Romanian and English, German is considered a plus
Nice to have:
Tech savviness - basic understanding of technology trends and disruptors
Experienced using Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools
Professional certifications in areas like Lean, Six Sigma, Agile etc. are considered a plus
Abroad studies, work, long-term travel etc. are considered a plus
Financial acumen - ability to gather and interpret basic financial information (cost/ profit drivers)
Design and configure industry specific IT solutions;
Perform data research on industry and market trends, synthesize and analyze relevant information to draw insights;
Diagnose clients' challenges, conduct data collection (including interviews and surveys), perfom relevant analysis to identify root causes and develop solutions;
Develops reports and presentations, using clear and concise messaging, including data visualizations;
Participate in business development activities (e.g. proposals, prepare press articles etc.) when required;
Manage own work against the project plan and complete it with quality and timeliness;
Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds.
