Internal Communication Specialist

Internal Communication Specialist Amber Bucharest is looking for an Internal Communication Specialist to join us. Job summary Responsible for internal communications content that is delivered within the organisation, including internal emails, internal employer branding campaigns/actions, internal events, fundraisers, marketing materials, newsletters, and other written/visual materials. Primary Duties and Responsabilities: - Manage internal communications output
- Prepare and implement internal communication campaigns
- Execute steps within a certain time frame
- Work with head of marketing to plan and publish timely company information, newsletters, updates about company culture and other relevant information
- Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization’s strategic vision
- Measure and present results of communication efforts
- Adjust communication plan as needed
- Suggest what information should be presented to employees
- Set timing of release to coordinate with company events or initiatives
- Support ideas with research and experience
- Refine core messaging to ensure organisational consistency in all aspects of communication including development, organising and learning
- Ensure consistent framing of messages
- Edit and revise content as necessary
- Work with our marketing agency to design the visual part for internal communications materials
    Background required: - Proficient with MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Experience in copywriting
- Experience in organizing events
- Organized, analytical tinker and problem-solving attitude
