    Our ideal candidate is always looking for ways to improve our customer service and support: make it better, faster, and more user-friendly. You are responsible for producing Salesforce Service Cloud technology solutions from concept to delivery that satisfy business needs in alignment with our overall strategy. We offer a modern office location where we meet at least 2 or 3 days per week (post-Covid)

    Qualifications
    • 3+ years' of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
    • Knowledgeable about business process in customer service and support.
    • Prior experience as a product owner, business analyst, application manager, functional analyst/lead or domain lead
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
    • Scrum or Agile experience (nice to have)

    • Consistently deliver fit for purpose solutions to our internal and end Customers
    • Sustain motivation and engagement with our Scrum Team and stakeholders
    • Manage Product Backlog for maximum value and minimum effort
    • Continuously improve the product and processes
    • Work cross-functionally to gather responsibilities, customer feedback, and communicate priorities
