    Cerinte

    - Fluency in English (written and spoken) + French (intermediate – advanced level);
    - Basic professional experience in the Customer Service field;
    - Basic Knowledge of operating in Microsoft Office;
    - Good interpersonal and communication skills.

    Responsabilitati

    - Assist customers and sales representatives with any request/inquiry or complaint through the system to resolution;
    - Work closely with depots / repair centers and other departments to ensure repairs and orders are processed in a timely manner;
    - Researches and resolves complaints independently to ensure customer retention and satisfaction;
    - Resolving tickets in the agreed time;
    - Managing weekly / monthly task.
