    • Technical skills to understand the code and to be able to easily communicate with colleagues and developers
    • SQL Oracle, Linux Shell, Web Services
    • Passion for analysis and troubleshooting

    • Romanian speaker - communication with client is in Romanian
    • Fluency in English
    • Technical University degree


    • Monitor the error logs of applications and integrations with other systems
    • Apply data corrections and workarounds to maintain the systems functionalities available for business users
    • Raise and monitor production defects until the fixies are applied on production environments
    • Collaborate with business client teams, and internal development and testing teams to develop/support the development of the workarounds when needed
    • Generate on demand reports related to support and error handling activity
    • Communicate directly with the business client teams.

    Nice to have:
    • Experience with Oracle PL SQL and Linux programming
    • Experience in writing workarounds scripts
