• Experience in using various sourcing methods, recruiting and knowledge of labor legislation.
• Having performed various types of interviews.
• Technical experience, being able to comprehend and clarify job requirements for IT positions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• BSc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree.
• Posting technical JDs.
• Sourcing and pre-screening candidates, identifying the necessary IT skills.
• Conducting different types of interviews (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions).
• Onboarding new employees.
• Implementing the internship program.
• Promoting company’s reputation.
• Being aware of the new technological trends and equipment.
