    Tiago Campelo
    is from Portugal and has been working at Prysmian Group since 2019 in the HR department.

    The first role in this department was Rewards & Labor Cost, Organization & HRBP Romania being responsible for salary reviews and incentives, labor cost management, coordination of mobility processes, control of human resources and management activities (for approximately 1300 employees in four factories - energy, telecommunications, cords and fiber.




    The Graduate Program provides an immersive experience in our company from day 1. The program has three stages:

    • a two-week Global Induction with trainings and activities led by the Prysmian Group Academy in collaboration with a Top-Ranking Business School;

    • a 1-year job rotation in 3 different departments: Research and Development, Operations in one of our production sites, and Sales Support/Technical Sales.

    • The international assignment is a great experience to learn new ways of working, acquiring new knowledge, meeting new colleagues, and embracing a new culture.
