• Significant experience (2+ years) as web / digital /mobile project manager
• Experience as a Requirements and/or Business Analyst is a plus
• Experience managing resource teams working remotely is a plus
• Good experience with Project Management methodologies (Rational Unified Process and SCRUM)
• Analytical mind
• Good experience with Business and/or Functional Analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent customer and team management skills
• Good technical background in Internet and Mobile technologies

• Experience in leading project for the implementation of Web CMS, Enterprise Portal, Web
Applications and Mobile Applications and the Atlassian suite
Considered as a plus
• Software Architecture experience
• Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM)
• Mobile & Apps development experience
• SEO & web best practices
Other Skills
• Fluent in English (French and Dutch nice to have)
• Creative, team player, quick learner who likes to embrace challenges
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Development Management, Software
Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent by experience)
• Strong knowledge of project management techniques and Agile development methodologies
(Lean Startup and Lean UX knowledge is a plus).

• You participate in the elaboration of the customer proposal in pre-sales projects
(requirements analysis; solution, approach & budget, ...)
• You are responsible for the customer’s project and able to advise him
• You are responsible to create, maintain and update project plans in order to deliver your
project on time, quality & budget, with your project team
• You cover all project management disciplines (project plan elaboration & monitoring, risks
management, change requests management, ...)
• You manage the communication efficiently with all stakeholders (customers, management in
Belgium/Romania, UX experts and designers, near-shore development teams, external
suppliers)
• You report on a regular basis internally and externally about the project status
• You understand your projects from business, functional & technical point of views
• You will ensure high project quality by challenging deliveries and adequate quality assurance
• You understand the lean approach to help your customer take objective decisions and
achieve a minimum viable product
• Experience state of the art software development methodologies, best practices ant tools
and contribute to their continuous improvement
• Work with very qualified and motivated people, analysts, architects, developers and
managers
