Every day is a process of growth, being responsible of:
Being part of the processing team on insurance policies for a French client;
Receiving and assessing claims according to defined procedures routines (mainly back office activities, but possibility to take incoming calls from clients in front office, upon business need);
Receiving and logging all e-mails / web / phone calls and ensuring proper documentation;
Verifying documentation and customer information in data capture tools and when needed, transferring claim tickets to responsible party for resolution;
Following Reminder procedure to ensure claim assessment;
Managing claims tickets assigned in expected SLA;
Managing procedures in defined timelines.
Skills that make your work successful:
Nice to have: experience in Life Insurance and in back office and front office customer service;
Customer Interaction Handling;
Problem Solving Escalation Management;
Service Level Agreement handling;
Attitude to work according to defined procedures / routines, escalating any discrepancy or missing instruction;
Organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues;
Good technical aptitude with an ability to learn quickly;
Fluent in French (B2 or C1) and at least Upper Intermediate English;
Time management and administrative skill;
Written and verbal communication skills manages internal communications and external client communications with assistance;
Discretion, professionalism, confidentiality and good judgement;
Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Team player with interpersonal and conflict management skills;
Self Motivated, positive attitude and approach;
Flexibility to take on additional responsibility and tasks when required;
Analytical abilities allowing for accurate assessment decisions based upon defined policies and claim information;
Reporting skills (medium or advanced Excel).
