    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Requirements

    — Able to communicate in English (B2);
    — University degree in HR or psychology is a plus, but not a requirement;
    — Passion for recruitment developed while tasting it within 3 years as recruiter experience, in house or within a recruiting agency;
    — Ability to learn, flex, adapt and stay curious;
    — Thorough knowledge of local talent landscape as well as market trends;
    — Ability to build credibility with candidates, stakeholders and peers;
    — Confidence (not arrogance);
    — Analytic, data driven and independent;
    — Able to work within limits of processes, procedures and systems while staying creative;
    — Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

    Responsibilities

    — Manage full cycle recruitment in specific fields (HR, F&A, Procurement, Client experience etc.) from capturing& validating the demand, sourcing, candidate management, offer management, background checks to pre-onboarding engagement of new joiners;
    — Influence and guide hiring leaders to leverage the best practices in hiring;
    — Partner closely with Business Leads and HR, Compensation, Employer Branding colleagues to facilitate a holistic approach to demand/supply challenges;
    — Hunt, farm and engage with unique and/ or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques;
    — Provide a seamless, uniform, “just like you would want it” candidate experience;
    — Drive employment offers discussions by partnering with hiring managers and working cross functionally with HR and Compensation teams;
    — Actively participate in either awareness or sourcing events and project a realistic image of BPS organization to the external market;
    — Provide pipeline updates, ideally proactively, maintain data integrity in multiple internal systems.
