    Job Requirements

    Strong experience and knowledge in Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems
    Demonstrable knowledge of securing Windows/Linux/MacOS in the enterprise.
    Highly technical and hands-on.
    Experience with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) would be desirable
    Experience with Cybereason EDR is desirable

    Experience with Data Loss Prevention applications is desirable
    Experience with McAfee Endpoint Security is desirable
    Experience with Microsoft WSUS for Business is desirable
    Experience with Suricata Host IDS is desirable
    Experience with Workspace One is desirable

    Experience with Cloud infrastructures is desirable
    Knowledge of Microsoft SQL administration.

    Strong knowledge of current security threats, trends, and mitigation's.
    Experience in design and delivery of enterprise-level security programs.
    Experience with the application of threat modelling and other risk identification techniques.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Excellent leadership, teamwork, and collaboration skills.

    Results-oriented, high energy, self-motivated.

    Experience preferred with Microsoft Windows scripting / Powershell but not essential.

    Responsabilitati


    The Individual will provide operational support for our services and provide support for issue escalations.
    The individual will provide 24/7 support on a rotation shift with other team members.

    Liaise with Oracle IT SOC and Risk Management to analyse emerging threats and design mitigation's for endpoints.

    Decrease reaction time to Risk Management requests

    Analyse Intel Security threat report and produce mitigation's for endpoints.

    Providing coverage for ticket escalations.

    QA testing of new products and updates.
