• University degree in electronics/ mechanical/ electromechanical engineering
• Experience in manufacturing of series production in auto-motive industry
• Knowledge about: optical inspection systems, it-systems, network, mechanical design, pneumatic, electrotechnic; statistical methods, preparation of machine specifications, lean production systems, ergonomic workplace design
• Experience in preparation of documentation for production
• Experience in DGS, Unicam
• Very good knowledge of IPC requirements for SMT and THT
• Confident usage of MS Office tools, SAP
• Language knowledge: English- fluent
• Team orientation, team player, resilience
• Structured and analytic approach
• Good communication skills
• High commitment to company, plant, and department tar-gets
• Ability to deal with conflict
• Skills to present achievements and challenges to management

• NC data files generation according ECAM and BOM for SMD Placement and different vision systems (e.g. SPI Kohyang, AOI Mirtec)
• Checking of component supplier specific requirement or data in order to adapt the generated files
• Clarification unclear BOM-information with development department
• Generate NC Programs for SMD Placement machine and keep them updated considering the ECRs
• Maintain and update the component library in DGS data-base
• Support in launching the new products and samples
• Plan the needed activities in order to achieve the EWAK samples schedule
• Process optimization, support for manufacturing operation
• Support in production Point-CIPs and series production support teams (including support with issues on yield, quality, delivery, cycle time, placement parameters upda-te)
• Line leveling of products to achieve a optimized cph-value
• Participation and support on process audits and partially on customer audits
• Achieve KPI targets
• Support capacity calculation, cycle time diagrams
