    In this position you will provide information about our fashion products (style, fit, sizes and fabrics) and knowledge-based solution to help our customer.

    You will interact with customers to identify and resolve their problems providing excellent customer service.

    You will obtain customers information by answering telephone calls, emails, interviewing customers and verifying information.

    You will inform customers by explaining product returns procedures, answering questions and providing information.
    Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to company standards and guidelines and recommending improved procedures.

    You will communicate with customers with empathy and in a caring and friendly manner.

    You will follow up the ordered products and you will interact with the couriers to make sure the customers are getting the products.

    Accomplish company requirements by completing results as needed.
