Min. 8 years of B2B sales experience in a technology or product driven environment;
Strong consultative selling skills;
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and revenue quota;
Solid experience in prospecting, opportunity qualification, meeting planning, leading the sales process, negociation and closing, account development and time/priority management;
Ability to understand complex business implications, evaluate impact and coordinate with internal experts to match the right technology solution with the customer needs;
Work experience in Sales or Business Development roles in the IT or Services industry.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and achieving the revenue growth targets;
Leading the entire sales process from prospecting, discovery, delivering the value prop, negotiating, contracting and implementing;
Generating a constant pipeline of opportunities through personal research, cold approaching, networking, references from existing partners or inbound leads;
Working closely with the current costumers to ensure a long term successful collaboration and expanding the project portfolio;
Identifying the key decision makers within targeted accounts and applying a consultative problem-solving approach to understand their needs, evaluating impact and assessing if / how the company can help;
Accurately tracking and forecasting opportunity development, timelines and revenue in the internal system.
