Continuous Integration Engineer

OVERVIEW: A Continuous Integration Engineer provides the needed build environment and Continuous Integration
infrastructure to the product development team. The CI Engineer function supports the product development activity so that
developers and integrators have appropriate workspaces to build and test their work and so that all artifacts are available for inclusion in the deployment unit as required.

Key Activities

• Creates and updates the build automation files
• Defines and implements the software build process
• Implements and maintenance the use of Continuous Integration
• Implements and maintain the Development Environment and Infrastructure
• Defines Metrics to measure the Build Process performance
• Keeps the Build Process and metrics under surveillance
• Contributes to the Definition of the Tool list

• Bachelor`s Degree (Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanics, etc.)
• Experience in Python and Scons
• Software Build process Knowledge
• Jenkins or Build Automation Know How
• Technical Knowledge about Build Server Administration (nice to have)
• Technical Knowledge about used Standard and Compilers
• Development Process Knowledge
• Configuration Management Knowledge
• Polyspace and Code Analysis Knowledge
• Team player with an open-minded attitude
• Strong communicator both written and verbal in English and native language; German language is a plus
• Self-efficient and organized in prioritizing tasks and projects
