Investor Relations Manager

EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software, content and services. EveryMatrix was founded in 2008 and remained a founder-owned private company.

. Based in corporate headquarters in Bucharest, you will be an integral part of the M&A Team as we expand geographically and consolidate the iGaming B2B space.
Reporting to the Group CFO and to the International Business Development Manager, you will join the finance team and work directly with the external IR firm as the main point of contact for all Investor Relations matters. In the future you will be handling all IR requests and organizing roadshows.


Requirements:
• Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
• You hold a degree within Economics, Finance, Business or similar.
• Ability to read and understand financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement)
• Experience of PPT presentations
• Skills with graphic design and presenting information clearly, especially financial information
• The candidate will need to be emotionally intelligent, mature and resilient and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice to have:
• Ideally you have some years of experience from investment banking, a corporate finance function or management consulting.

Responsibilities:

• Work with our IR advisers as the point of contact for analysts and investors, including coordinating and strengthening of relationships with investors, analysts and financial press;
• Support the presentation of the company’s quarterly and annual reports;
• Prepare presentations and QA meetings;
• Support in the development of Q&A’s when needed, for example in connection with interim reports, when the new strategy is presented and other relevant events;
• Plan and arrange the company’s investor activities, such as quarterly calls, AGM, roadshows and capital market days;
• Assist with keeping content up to date on the IR website;
• Prepare and publish press releases;
• Act as the company’s spokesperson in certain areas.
