We are looking for an SAP Support Specialist to join our team in Bucharest. During the pandemic, the role will be remote.
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT
Ability to understand the business needs and deliver prompt, efficient, quality service to the business; works to anticipate, identify, and meet end-user needs; drives outward results and ensures high-quality standards are met
Strong verbal and written communication with strong command of spoken and written English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; takes on responsible roles and accountability for outcomes.
Ideally some first experiences working with SAP
Basic understanding of the Windows and Linux operating systems
Experience working with a ticketing tool, or the desire to learn
The new joiner should have availability to work in shifts and covering weekends during normal working hours
-The new joiner will work in SAP with multiple solution like ECC, ERP, BW, SCM, S4HANA, PI/PO, BOBJ, GRC
You will perform different interrogations and tasks in databases like Hana, DB2, Oracle, MSSQL or Sybas
You will work with different ticketing tools to solve the appeared issues
The experience with ITIL framework will be an asset, but is not mandatory
