    Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance - in person, over the phone or email
    Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, phones (incl. mobile), printers and scanners
    Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
    Perform troubleshooting, direct or remote
    Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
    Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
    Follow-up and update customer status and information
    Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support
    Maintain technical documentation
    Maintain inventory of Company's IT end-user equipment

    At least 1 year experience as a help desk technician


    Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
    Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
    Ability to prioritize and follow deadlines
    Proficiency in English
    Good communication skills
    Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
