    Responsabilitati

    • Intampinarea vizitatorilor si asigurarea activitatilor de protocol;
    • Preluarea apelurilor telefonice si redirectionarea acestora catre persoanele vizate;
    • Preluarea, inregistrarea, distribuirea in cadrul departamentelor a scrisorilor/ e-mail/ fax, indosarierea si arhivarea corespondetei si a mesajelor primite din partea partenerilor, clientilor si a celorlalti angajati;
    • Asigurarea transmiterii/ receptionarii documentelor prin posta, fax, e-mail;
    • Mentinerea evidentei facturilor de la furnizori;
    • Gestionarea registrului de intrari-iesiri;
    • Redactare documente;
    • Activitati de printare, scanare, copiere si indosariere documente;
    • Traducere documente din engleza in romana si invers;
    • Mentinerea relatiei cu diversi furnizori conform nevoilor si procedurilor companiei/departamentelor (rechizite, traveling, curierat,utilitati si alti prestatori de servicii);
    • Ofera suport colegilor din companie/departament in indeplinirea diverselor task-uri cu caracter administrativ;
    • Organizarea calatoriilor in interes de serviciu prin rezervarea de bilete de avion, tren, etc, camere de hotel;
    • Programarea rutelor pentru masinile companiei.
