    Who are you?

    -you have 3 years experience in recruitment & employer branding (preferably in multinational companies);
    -you have thorough knowledge in Microfost Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
    -you have strong knowledge of HR Processes (recruitment & employer branding);
    -HR certifications are a plus;
    -English level - fluent (minimum B2 level);

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    -Design and implement strategy for Employer Branding:
    • use your creative skills to design communication campaigns to support the talent recruiting strategy and drive candidate attraction and engagement through social media, events, and other channels;
    • embed diversity and inclusion into imagery, messaging, campaigns, and attraction programs for targeted talent segments;
    • monitor and measure the effectiveness of recruitment/talent marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum ROI and provide feedback of these results to stakeholders.
    -Implement an effective Recruitment Strategy and keep track of recruiting metrics;
    -Conduct research into the latest techniques, tools, partnerships and practices for recruitment, talent attraction, employer branding, candidate experience and present recommendations;
    -Participate in strategic projects/initiatives, adjust global recommendations to regional specifics, and represent local needs in global initiatives;
    -Provide analysis and reporting of key performance indicators to drive effectiveness and recommendations on actions going forward.
