• Deeply interact with the responsible delivery domain SPOC, to coordinate and manage efficient infrastructure deployments for all requested deliveries in the relevant domain
• Interact with the implementation teams in order to assure the best resource availability for all planned deliverables
• Manage end-to-end technical infrastructure implementation by coordinating the build and test function, enablers, networks, application deployments and other operational entities
• Manage priorities on open deliveries for the assigned delivery domains
• Manage risks and defects as identified by the build and test function
• Head and manage the Continuous Service Improvement initiative

• Excellent knowledge of DC Environments
• High standard read/write capabilities in English
• Experience in multinational environments
• Project, resource, time, risk and task management
• Strong understanding of ITIL and general project management concepts like PRINCE2
• Good understanding of SOX regulations and security regulations
• Basic knowledge about agile principles
