    Minimum 1-3 years experience in human resources area (recruitment, consultancy), experience in sales; passion for people & recruitment;
    Hard working, positive attitude, committed for obtaining results;
    Maturity in dealing with unexpected outcomes or frustrations;
    Target oriented, good discipline in execution & with a huge desire to learn;
    Ability to influence and build long-term relationship with clients and candidates;
    Fluency in English;
    University degree (University, Technical College).


    Identify, meet, recruit and hire the best candidates on the market;
    Build recruitment strategies to help our clients increasing their brand awareness;
    Becoming a real partner on hiring’s for our clients;
    Being an exclusive representative of the best candidates from your database in order to place them in their “dream job”;
    Promote employment services using our tools and methodologies;
    Manage and develop strong business relationships with clients and candidates/employees.
