- cunoştinţe din domeniul instalării, configurării şi licenţierii sistemului de operare Windows
- cunostinte in configurarea de soluţiii hardware, upgrade-uri
- asigurarea functionalitatii retelei de calculatoare si a echipamentelor de conectare si de comunicatii
- configurarea securităţii pentru conturile de utilizator, configurarea securităţii de reţea (Active Directory)
- instruirea si asistarea utilizatorilor (HelpDesk)
- actualizarea software-ului existent cât şi implementarea solutiilor software (Antivirus,VPN,etc)
- diagnosticare probleme (Troubleshoting)
- controlul resurselor hardware, inventariere distribuire.

- Mentine, monitorizeaza si depaneaza medii de lucru IT
- Urmareste si optimizeaza performanta sistemelor IT
- Efectueaza operatii de rutina: update, patch management, hotfix, backup pentru infrastructura
- Evidenta fizica echipamente si licentiere MS
- HelpDesk pentru useri in aceeasi locatie
