Junior Engineer -Industrial Planning-Calarasi (Global Trainee Program)

TenarisSilcotub is leading Romanian producer of small diameter seamless pipes used in the mechanical industry, automotive, oil and gas, chemical and petrochemical industry, and power industry. TenarisSilcotub can design, manufacture and supply a wide rage of seamless tubes according to customers requirements, in order to meet the most sophisticated demands and to provide technical assistance and product development , logistic services and just-in-time delivery and personalize stock management.

Ideal candidate:
• Degree: Mechanical, Electrical, Material Science, Industrial Automation, Oil and Gas, Electronics, Machine Building, Economical and Industrial Engineering;
• Work experience: 0-2 years;
• Language: English-B2-independent user;
• Profile: high energy, proactive, good communication skills, passion for engineering, results oriented, pragmatic, analytic, open to learn new things.

The Global Trainee Program is a 2 years experience and involves the following steps:

• Specific industrial project realized with senior supervision
• One rotation: After one year every GT will rotate in a different department having a new job and new objectives;
• Specific training provided by Tenaris University - your internal university;
• 6 to 6 months performance evaluation of objectives and competences
• 1 month training in Argentina (Tenaris University Induction Camp).

The program is the first job experience for the young engineers facilitating integration into a global culture and structured enviromente. As a Global Trainee, you will have the chance to participate in an entirely multicultural environment, while learning about Tenaris industrial world and acquiring its values throught direct contact with the mill.
