Develop customer & shopper insights. Translate insights into business building opportunities within specific customers/channels
Work with Field execution to ensure excellence in in-store activation and delivery of integrated Customer Business Plan and Customer Marketing Plan
Work with the brand managers to deliver activation plan efficiency and effectiveness
Develop strong relationships with Customers at marketing and activation level
Fully responsibility and Management of the Category Trade Promo budget
Ensure Brand standards/Brand DNA for channels are adhered to. . consistent use of brand key visuals, customer activation themes aligned with brand activation
Lead execution of plans & activities including customized offerings (incl. special packs, channel specific packs, channel specific offers)
Design and manage the Category Display Strategy
Develop a clear and effective in store Strategy (taking into consideration activations, strategic partnership with customers and international agreements)
Responsible for bringing in the team all the relevant info from BB side which will help to develop an efficient & effective aligned plan for the Category (Brand Vision, MKT Attributes & Pyramids, BB activities with at least 6 months in advance, MKT estimations, MKT focuses, Market Shares: actualise and in the target, etc.)
