    - Experienta de lucru in vanzari de minim 2-3 ani pe o pozitie similara
    - Comunicativ, bun negociator
    - Gandire pozitiva
    - Prezenta agreabila, un bun ascultator, rezistent la stress si presiune, sa iubeasca concurenta.


    - Realizeaza targetele privind volumul/valoarea vanzarilor si targetele de distributie in zona alocata, promovand imaginea si standardele impuse de Unilever.
    - Dezvolta zona alocata prin mentinerea clientilor vechi si gasirea clientilor noi.
    - Identificarea de noi oportunitati de crestere in zona alocata (de ex. client noi, listare de produse noi, penetrare de noi canale in piata).
