Who you are:

• You are passionate about doing things in the right way
• You have minimum 2 years previous experience in related fields
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
• You know how to use Microsoft Office tools and programs expert

The languages you should know:

• Excellent in both English speaking and writing, German language would be a plus

• You will be responsible for our R&D Center reception interface
• You will ensure that the front desk is always occupied during work hours
• You will be welcoming the visitors and provide useful information for their visit
• You will coordinate with internal security specialist and external security company
• You will be managing temporary cards - registration for visitors and external employees
• You will ensure automated access from the main entrances or parking
• You will forward information by receiving and distributing internal communications, collect, distribute and mail correspondence/packages
• You will offer support for the Facility and Construction Management team
• You will be involved in various other duties as required
